Well... I've been drunk with him plenty of times, and he never mentioned committing suicide before. He likes to joke around a lot, so it's possible he was trollin'. I could be wrong, but I think I would know.

 

ya fairly certain thats what it was, like he was trolling with it and it pissed somebody off who brought it up to staff.

 

Didn't he troll somebody on msn saying he was going to kill himself and then his internet disconnected. So that person reported it or something. Isn't that what led to his demotion?

 

Yea I managed to see it before he edited it out.
The picture was found on 4chan and she was in a school uniform - the image was on a "sexy woman thread", and he just grabbed it from there. I remember seeing it, and besides the school uniform there was no indication of her age (the uniform looked like one of those fake ones from a Pornographic film anyhow), so whether or not she was under 18 is fairly debatable.

It was borderline, I admit that - but 4chan does NOT tolerate CP (anything else sure), which leads me to believe it wasn't.

He did that, yes - and that's what lead to his demotion. He was trolling from what I've been told, but the person subject to the trolling took it extremely seriously and brought it up with the Staff.

From what she SAID that's what happened - but who knows, as we're only going by her word. She may have just been peeved off at getting trolled so decided to exaggerate and lie about what she actually did.
Ah well... whatever the actual story, it got Giddy demoted regardless.

Phil was originally Boom Headshot. He pretty much went inactive '08 just stopping by once in a while. I want to say he was banned because his account was hacked, and used for scamming. I may be wrong, but for some reason that's what I remember.

That's a stupid reason... It's proven that he was C_in's brother, and C_in wasn't banned for scamming or anything malicious, but rather a power abused moderator (should of banned everybody). I know FireZ banned Hybanks so I'll ask the question. Since you proved that you weren't vading should Hybanks not get the same treatment as you? Proven to be a different person, I don't see why not.

Also, why not ban Hahanerd, his brother scammed Spyike 2k or something large. Want proof? Pm Spyike, he says he has proof
