FireZ - You spam to much. There's no reason to leave responses like these.

"Banned for keylogging." -> Moderators always say that bans are not up for discussion so I don't know why you'd be leaving this response?

"Stop making threads." -> You can just PM him.

"Moron." This one was funny because it was completely not needed.

Edit: It's not just you either, I've been noticing a lot of spam coming from moderators.

Gohan-nicest/coolest mod ever, even though i dont know him he's really friendly.
Nate- Pretty cool, nice, although i dont see him mm but his rs accounts are sick
Greg- Cool mod, trusted in my eyes, always knows how to make money
Hamjam-dont really know you tbh
FireZ-Not gonna lie, you're a bit rude/mean, i dont have anything agianst you tbh, you do your job and you do it better than all of the other mods, but you need to lighten up a bit
Hahanerd- a really good mod, although you dont really have a personality like the other mods, but you do the job and you're good at it
Alt- Good mod, nice too.

hamjamk - Great guy, Great Mod, picks up the crumbs Hahanerd leaves behind...
Karl - you do as much as you can for OTM, good job brah.
Pokemoners - great mod, does great work!
Angelmax - I don't think I've sent anything your way, but you'd probably handle it.

Greg - great mod, what up dawg.
Gohan - for a personal support mod, he does way more than support, great job
Hahanerd - handles 80% of my reports, he's a real heavy hitter!
xeleration - How did he even get to be a mod, I must be doing something wrong?
Blupig - needless to say, great guy, handles his business of course.
Jimmy - word up, glad your back on the team.

Alteranz - very active, nice person, great graphics, and a great mod.
FireZ - probably one of the best Moderators ever, I see Admin in his near future.
Nick - good guy, good mod, hasn't done much in a while, but he's pro.
SMR - handling business, keep it up.

Matthew - the money's flowing in, he's usually on top of it, and it's time I send in more I think.
Pen - loving the smackdown in appeals/high pardons.
Sythe - is he supposed to do something, that what everybody else is for.

Mods really shouldnt be allowed on this thread, by the looks of it *cough* Fire *cough* The staff are just defending their arses wen it comes to criticism. Let us post our feedback without having to worry about responses from the people.

 

If someone is making false statements or has a bad interpretation of you, I think it's only fair we try to clear our image and sort the problem out. That is what this thread is for, to give the Mods a bit of an idea on how the normal members feel about them.

 

Oh well most of you can't take criticism lol.

Sooner you learn to deal with criticism the better FireZ.. You've had so many complaints because of spamming etc, your halfwitt posts pushed me to say it directly to u..

 

If you find him doing something wrong, tell him what it is, and more importantly give him suggestions on how he can fix it, that way it doesn't look like we are all attacking each other instead of giving suggestions to be better like we should be doing

 

I just don't like his style of moderating, I mainly lurk here but you mods could learn a few from the Rs forum mods.

I feel bad, FireZ was just one in many.. possitives he's active and inforces the rules but could go about it a bit better.

 

Seriously? I'm getting a little tired of members who are trying to shoot moderators down, in this case FireZ because they do a couple of small things that irritate you. FireZ is fulfilling all his duties and beyond, whether it be searching for rule breakers, cleaning out Spam Reports, etc.

Also, why do you mind so much if FireZ is posting "Banned for evasion" on threads? If he didn't put that post there, he'd just have to do it later on the Where did [Sythe member] go thread. He's not damaging the site at all and from how I know him, he's not doing it for himself.

 

Sorry but I am entitled to my own opinion.
