Runescape Macro Detection Revealed

They have sued Impsoft, the creators of the NeXus client. They can't sue RID as it does not hack the game client it just moves the mouse.

This is the most well-written thing that I've read in ages, but there are many flaws with reflection too, if only I can code.. D;

 

very good logic. the reflection bots are the only bots i would ever use. autofighter.org uses reflection based bots and i have used the soul wars bot for countless hours with out everh aving any problems. also for anybody using the autofighter bots if u use the unsigned version it is a little more laggy but any macroing offenses can easily be wiped out by saying you were powerleveling and taking the 14 day ban instead of getting a perm ban or account reset

 

Appreciate the comments guys. I didn't know that Jagex still was giving 14 day bans I thought they stopped doing this and went rollbacks and perms only.

I looked at the latest RiD videos and found some things that a human might not do, but it is more human like than RSBots.

Are you the creator of RiD? Since there was only one massive flaw I found watching a RiD video.

No, I am not the creator of RiD. And although they may do some things that a human may not do to RS Macro detection they are human. Even if you get reported for using it there is no pattern to mouse movement and thus you can't be banned.

NeXus isn't modifying but Reflection essentially is illegal since they are loading R.S in their own virtual machine. I believe they sued them over "stealing intellectual property of Jagex."

Just a reminder vote yes for free trade and old wilderness.

 

You talk a lot about how runescape is able to detect BCEL, but don't provide any evidence as to how they actually do it. BCEL does not exploit any flaws in the client, and does not allow you to do anything you were not able to do without it.

Thus, i highly doubt there is a universal way to detect BCEL bots.

 

Very interesting. Looks like I'm at level 2... Both my accounts are getting randoms all too often. They're testing me, because it's usually the same event each time. Son of a bitch.
