Ok people, sorry for the triple post.. He told me that he was going to start right away yesterday and that I could expect it to be done by noon today. It's now 2:37pm and my account hasn't even been moved. I gave him 30m up front so I'm guessing that he's scamming, can't be 100% sure though yet, I'm going to wait for him to respond. But beware with trading with this guy until further notice.
