Briefly explain the trade:
I was buying a VISA prepaid card off him, was suppose to be a $100 card but then said it was $50, we agreed that I would pay $30 for it through PayPal and that he would go 1st.

How they scammed: After I received card info and checked balance it was correct so I sent him the $30, couple of hours later I tried using the card online but it didn't work on any online store(amazon, best buy, etc.).

After that I sent him a pm explaining to him and if he could please refund me, I file a PayPal dispute as soon I could so the money could go into hold and so that he didn't spend it. He later got on msn and we talked and he agreed to give me a refund and also stated that he had sold the card to his dad for $50. I told him I was going to take a shower and if he could refund me by then.

When I came back he was logged of msn and I had 2 new emails from PayPal. Basically he is trying to win the dispute to keep the $30, which he clearly is not entitled to since he agreed to refund, card doesn't work, balance is still there, and he admitted that he had sold card to some one else even after he sold to me. Everything else will be in the msn conversation.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: We both vouched after trade was done.
