Runescape account - Email

How do I know if that email on my runescape account is mine?
It says one is set, but I'm not sure if it is my one.

If anyone could post here, or PM me with help, I'd really appreciate it.

EDIT: Is this the email that confirms it is my email already registered?

 

go to the account section and press the link for them to send you a code to the e-mail and then check your email. Account>Email preferences > send code.

 

Attempt to unregister your email. They will ask for an email address, provide the one you think is registered, put in the code they send you, and if it unregisters the address immediately then it was the email registered to the account. Otherwise, it is not the email registered.


EDIT:: The method in the post above me is much less complex. Do that!

 

Hmm, Obviously the scammer has set his email, is that bad?

Account < Account Management < Email Preferences < Login < (then what)?

 

Change email then if you get a email from jagex then it's yours, make sure you don't put your email as the new one.

 

If you do not receive an e-mail it means its registered to another e-mail, so its best so set another one.

 

Yes because if an account has an email registered to it, it is much easier to recover. So the hacker has the better hand.

Sweet, although on the login screen, I still get:

Your email address is still pending confirmation. Click HERE to submit a confirmation code.

^^ and when I enter in the code, it does nothing.

 

Hmm I don't know, maybe you should make a post on the runescape forums and inquire about it.
