Really doesn't make sense I've checked his file and it hasnt been opened since the day of .

His claim is I have recorded info of the date, waited exactly 29 days on purpose, recovered an account I sold at a huge discount and which I have multiple of in stock still because I want to resale the account?

I've never had a dispute or issue related to anything trading with probably 1k+ high tiered accounts sold and chose this random zerker on day 29?

Which it might even be on day 30 depending what timezone its in but I wont be petty.

Also its odd Jagex would send a Jagex account email back over to the old email attached? or whatever idk too many pictures and its confusing whats being said lol. If theres a Jagex account attached now it would have no use to me now anyway.


I'll attempt to do a recover of the account today at some point and update everyone.

^ I'm in contact with Yellow Hat now.

My emails aren't compromised and they have 2fa. It's also a gmail so security is tight regardless. The account wasn't shared, so I have no clue how it was all of a sudden imported to a jagex account.

The timing of everything may just be a coincidence but just because it so closely lines up to the warranty I may have jumped to conclusions in Yellow Hat is agreeing to put in a recovery request.

 

Ima need someone from staff to explain how to recover an account that's been attached to a Jagex account.
