I talked to him on msn, and he was very hesitant and worried. I found out that he was going to just re-sell the code at his school for a higher price than what I was going to sell it for, and he eventually decided that he didn't want to buy it because he "wouldn't make a good enough profit for it". I personally will never try to sell to him again.

I don't think you understand. I never freaked, at all. All I said at the end was "Ok, thanks anyways". Also, you never politely declined. You made a big deal about the price and how you wouldn't get a profit from re-selling it your friends at school. All that my post was supposed to do is help other people, by telling them how my experience with you was.
