Staff Feedback

Glad to see Karl is helping out as much as he can in RaS. FireZ's got a lot more responsibility, so it's good to have a sectional do the temping while a global is busy.

 

While surfing through the dispute forums and the such. heres what i could say about Firez

His work ethic is unmatched, hes a BEAST. I mean, i think 90% of the disputes there are done by him ever since he became a Global.

Next, also to Pen for showing great Judgment, and does not hand out pardons easily, but does so fairly.

just wanted to say thanks again to all the market mods who respond very quickly to all the reported posts I make, you guys are doing a fantastic job!

 

Your reports are a big help in our effort to keep the Market clean. Thank you as well.

 

I'd like to give my biggest thanks to FireZ. I've looked around the the Report a Scammer section. I looked for about 24'ish pages. All I saw was that FireZ has been on top of things greatly.

I'd also like to thank SMR, as he's a great person and he's helping me learn new things.

And in general, all of the moderators are doing a fantastic job.

 

i would like to thank rs market mods, who always infract and delete the Spammer's posts. keep up the Great job

 

FireZ - Never have I been so impressed with a staff member's diligence since Sin and Tyro. Excellent.

 

SMR - voice of reason. Invaluable.

I honestly believe that this is the first time (if ever) I have seen all the staff doing such a great job. I honestly wouldn't remove any staff if given the chance.

 

Gohanforever - Really nice guy. I've noticed your workload lately in the RaSc section. I'm sure FireZ & and the other RaSc regulars are delighted to see you helping out.

FireZ - Helpful and active as always.

Tyro - I'm sure being an Administrator is a very busy job, but as of late it seems you're always on hidden mode and aren't as contributive as you were in your Global days.

 

Karl - You've made good contributions so far in the off-topic section, and you always clean out the off-topic reports, doing well.

Angelmax - When I see you post in off-topic, I always enjoy reading. Great input, but perhaps you could pick up the activity a little.

xeleration - I don't see enough of you.

FireZ - Helpful and extremely active. Invaluable member of staff, global position was well deserved.

Blupig - Good input to your section. Seems like Karl is the only off-topic mod answering the sections spam reports, though, not entirely sure.

Could help to add Jimmy to the list, remove the dot from Karl's name and change Gregislacrosse -> Greg and Gohanforever -> Gohan + Gohan's coloring is different now.

 

Ah OK, makes sense. I just noticed a decline in activity a week after you became an administrator and assumed the worst. My apologies.

Hahanerd- Very annoying how you don't respond to pm's. I don't understand why you would take action on my thread after reading my pm without first giving me a response, and when I pm you for clarification I'm completely ignored and the fact is your never on msn...

 

You were selling a known guide. I posted on your thread saying you're not allowed to sell it after reading the guide you sent me over PM. Also, I'm always on MSN.

 

You don't have to fill the form out entirely, but let each moderator know how they're doing. What are we doing right? What can we improve on?

I know I've been very inactive in the past month or so; I've been training almost every day for a race between Boxing day and New Years, because of that I've hardly had time to do much here except for a few reports. And the fact that the site seems to be down/slow about half the time I can actually get online doesn't help.

I'll be on a lot more in the next month.
