best monsters to kill for highest xp per hour?

so im attempting to max out a barrows pure with 1 prayer in order to start staking once the trade limit is gone. at this point im 85-95-70 but want to be 99-99-70, whats the best place to use perf's autofigterpro and get the best xp. money isnt what im looking for.

would i need guthans for bandits? because i plan on using a whip for attack xp, and sara sword for strength xp

 

Bandits are good if you have high defence or Guthans...Armoured Zombies are good and fast...imo the best/fastest xp is Gorilla Guards at Ape Atoll while praying melee and all stat boosting prayer...

 

you should get 99 70 99 for staking.

 

Bandits would be a good spot, if your defence was lower I'd say giant spiders.

 

well as of now im 70 defence, would that be enough for bandits?

I did 70-75 def in one sitting at bandits yesterday.

No guthan's and only bunyips to heal.

You should do fine.
