Superleet WTFBBQ hackers/account recov pros HALP

So I've got my main...

Its created by me and I got all the creation details to provide to Jagex except for really old billing information, since I never thought my account would be compromised and I had my mum paying for it most of the time when I was younger.


My issue comes down to a little retard kid from my old school who keylogged me, didnt say anything about it and when I was openly talking about having quit he took control over the account for several months, this was about 3-5 years after the account was created.

Now the biggest issue is that hes probably stashed some old billing information, and I've only got from 2008-2010. And that he still lives in the same city as I created the account in, I've moved about 2 miles away.



Anyone got superb experience regarding issues like this that may be able to help me convince jagex that I am the ONE AND ONLY owner? Currently they see it as two owners, since me and this retarded kid are both able to recover the account, and it always ends up locked and the kid goes PKing with the entire bank and loses it.



Help is much appreciated! Help me restore my sexy main ; )


EDIT 1: What I want to do is make sure this kid wont ever be able to recover it again, I tried to post on the forums, asked jagex to lock my account and clean it. However, after this was done, and I had won the recovery process, the kid was still able to recover the account.

 

try and see if you can get your account locked to your ip or something...and have some answers if you ever move and have to change your ip?

Really? I'll try again, but I guess I should wait about a week since I am about to move and get a new internet provider.

I just wish there was a way I could have direct contact with them, because so far the only response I've received is "Account Locked, Appeal accepted, Appeal denied"

Does anyone know if its possible to get direct contact with them?

I would like to provide ID proof and such to really make them believe I am the real owner

Post on the forums about it and supply the staff with all the information you can give about the account they may be able to verify it is yours and do something about the situation to completely stop the kid from taking it back.

 

Well I have posted on the forums but I didnt get any response from them.

I will keep trying the forums but if it does not work out, then the only way I can think of would be providing ID proof of myself and the person who payed my first ever membership (My mom)

Well if you have your subscription details, if you manage to get in contact with a member of staff at Jagex you're a step ahead of the hacker as all information helps to verify ownership of the account and billing details is a big part.

 

My only advice is to try and wipe out all information on the account.

Can't remember how you do it, but you need to provide all the details in order to do it.

 

The thing is he is having trouble contacting a jagex moderator?

Do they have a direct email or something..?

[email protected] is the legit email address. Tell them your issue, and see what happens. Sometimes it helps.

Have you gotten rid of the keylogger?

I couldn't find anything easy to find but I do believe it is legit and was an email that was visible when upgrading an account that parents could inquire about billing etc.

You could also try getting your parents involved..? Say he's stealing from you and now has CC info because of it.

Good idea... However I no longer live at home but I guess I could ask my mother to help me. I did ask her for the first ever used credit card details but shes no longer got them and even contacted her bank but was unable to retrieve the old information, I asked them in the e-mail if its possible to provide ID-card proof of both me and her instead of providing subscription details
