UPDATE! I AM GETTING ONE BEFORE NEWYEARS!

    Yey or ney?
Have had a regular Helix piercing (Not mine)
    since I was 11. (6 years now)
So I am familiar with the healing process etc.
    Now for the fun part;
My parents do not like it, Yet they are saying 'You do not legally need our approval for this."
I really don't knwo what they mean with that.

    Let me know :)

Side note: I will be getting it in a few days if I decide to go through with it.
I have wanted this particular "piercing" for quite a while now and am aware of all the downsides.

Because somehow the diagonal piercing of that pin or what you call it. Just doesn't have the aesthetics. It doesn't make any sense to put it there. If i saw someone walking down the streets with that i would be "wtf?". It looks almost tribal and disgusting. Not all tribal piercings look bad but some of them are ridiculous. E.G. a nose ring on the nostril wall coming out of each nostril.

Thats just how i look at it.

I see a few people with this type of piercing but I personally don't like it. I guess it's all on taste.

If your parents are saying. You do not need our legal permission it means that they don't like it but that its your own choice. I would say not to get it just to make them happy maybe just get two normal earrings in a ear or something if its just about being different.

My ex had one... To be honest, it didn't look that bad. It really depends what you look like. For example plugs on a "nerd" wouldn't look too appealing, you know? Would you be able to post a picture of you?

I love you and I'll be honest with you, I don't like it I find it to be really gothic and eccentric. Although in all reality it doesn't matter what I think it doesn't matter what your parents think and it for sure doesn't matter what anyone else thinks either, it's your body and your style no ones opinion matters but your own.

If you like it than that's enough. People who don't will only like it in time.

    Hmm, Okay.

It's not about being different, I already am. :)

(Hair is longer and stopped shaving my chin.)
ILY2, And I have no problem with 'Gothic' it's a great look as long as you do not take it too far.
    eg. Marilyn Manson.
And if it turns out to be something that simply does not suit me/is awfull.
The beauty of an ear 'Piercing' is that you can take it out and nobody will notice :)

I'm a bit worried about your safety as well. What happens if you get in a fight and someone rips it off? They'd take off a huge chunk of your ear out. :(

The most important thing is what YOU think, if you believe it suits you, then get it. Personally I am not a fan of piercings at all, but it's your body so choose carefully.

I personally dislike it, looks out of place and from that picture it looks strange but I suppose it depends on what you look like and really it is your choice.

    Only for about 99%.
I'd just like to see what others think about it :)
I don't really get into fights much these days.
And every piece of jewelry can kills you so I'm not worried that it may happen in a fight.
More problematic would be sports, But I can unscrew it and take it out when I go sporting.
No offence, But how can that help.
That's like the most-given advice on almost all questions.
I kinda misunderstood 'Play with it' 'Fuck yourself' on first sight, Lol.
Yeah I am familiar with the healnig proces as I already have a helix piercing.
    Not the biggest downside :)
I'd rather let someone else do it ;)

I like the top part but the bottom one is kind of weird looking to me. But you should decide through your own opinion :)

I don't really get it. What exactly in my post didn't please you? I only said that the most important thing is that you should decide for yourself and afterwards I gave my own opinion. What's wrong with that? I was only trying to help...

I think it MIGHT suit you. That piercing is more of a punk thing. You look more rocker haha :p. But I think since you're pretty sure that you want it, go ahead and try it. If you don't like it, take it out.
Oh, and if you like it and nobody else does; Fuck em' :)

Also, nice Warlock, how much did it cost? o:
Thinking of getting one for Christmas :p
