HELP Need to take my email off HELP

Hey sythers!

I want to sell my pure account but no one wants to buy it with my email set on.
NOTE: The email is mine and I have full access to it.
I go to email preference, log in, click unsubscribe and jagex just sends me an email without any code. I also click where it says click here if you get an email without a code but the same thing happens.

If anyone could help me by telling me what to do or do it for me on teamviewer, please post here and/or PM me.

If I were you, I'd contact Jagex directly. Just make sure to leave out all the stuff about selling your account... lol

 

How can I contact them directly mate? I tried making a thread on forums but only one player (regular) replyied after hoursss.. :l

Just remove it lol THey send you email at the bottom there should be unsubsribe code use that.

 

I tried that. Many times! They send me an email without any codes.
I also tried clicking on the link where it says click here if you recieve an email without any codes but I still recieve an email without any code. :l
Could you help me take the email off on teamviewer mate? ;'/ I need to sell the acc asap. Its Christmas in a few days time :l

You can contact [email protected] if you're really desparate, but try the Official Forums first.

 

You have to wait 14 days for that to change. I believe at some point of time there was another guide that had no wait time, dunno where it is however.

 

Yes, you used to be able to delete an unknown email instantly, but unfortunately Jagex patched that method.

 

Pretty sure you won't get a reply from the parents@email within 14 days either, the system is slow as hell.
Just wait out the 14 days and don't rise any suspicion with forum threads and emails.
