Hey Sythe users and all it's AAA here.

I don't know if you still have access to the old, old, old sythe archives which contains my ban appeal so I hope you trust what I am about to tell you.

The reason I was banned in 2007 on my account AAA (After a year and over 55 vouches for selling PBP membership pins) I was wrongfully banned by someone who was later banned for scamming.

I don't even remember the name of the person who claimed I scammed them since it was that long ago all I remember was making an appeal about 1-2 years ago with evidence and all, explaining the situation in it for it to be denied.

Pen -- I really hope you remember me but am not suprised if you don't. Back when I was starting up my pin shop at first I used to go first to people before I met this guy who did not scam me, but instead told me straight up -- "You realize I could just walk away right now, taking your pin, and leaving you with nothing?" -- Since that day I had used you when you were gaining vouches and experience to become the OMM you were/are and which led to the rank you are today.

I hope you can remember the efficiency you dealt in trades with me as well as my personality which I remember you hightlighted as being of a rare sort. You exclaimed that I was one of the nicest and most respectful people you had ever been involved in a trade with and today that sticks in my mind --- Almost 4 years later.

If you guys can dig up my very first dispute I remember the person who answered the appeal on sythe --- I forget the name --- Said that I was right in saying that the evidence given to ban me was wrong since at that time I had a messed up msn which ALWAYS made me appear offline no matter what. I mentioned the truth (which can be considered a possibility in someone viewing the appeals eyes), and this consisted of my explanation that the mods could consider that the person who claimed I scammed them could have easily not included the part of the chat where I sent the PBP Pin and may have just cut if off and cropped the pics, making a scammer report.

Then the moderator who viewed my dispute realized that in what I was saying, their could have been a partial truth. He gave me the option to just give the member a pin to get rid of my ban which I (obviously) excitedly jumped on the oppurtunity. I searched the member's name only to find they were banned. I even searched in the deep, deep deaths of sythe's archives to find topics by this member and added their msn which they never accepted.

I realize I can only send in this 1 appeal or else I will have to wait the 6 months. But I really hope you guys can give me the benefit of the doubt because I am not a scammer. I never scammed. I offered to give EXTRA to ensure I wasn't banned for something I didn't do. I really hope you would consider reading this and unban me.
