Hey, I recently started playing LOTRO - I was looking for basically any account, with Premium\Turbine points on a UNITED STATES (NOT EUROPE) server.

I can pay with RS accounts(Preferably) Or paypal.

I'm really not looking to spend much, I'm not looking for an account with a bunch of maxed toons. Just something relatively cheap. The account doesn't even have to have one maxed account, although 30+ would be awesome.
