Got the same problem as proc, but I sent it as "Payment Owed".

Same thing though. Got the acc, it got locked, no longer locked but I don't have control of it anymore, guy (Illegal Socks) is long gone.

(Jagex even email me that there were multiple account recoveries from a different location.)

 

I bought a guide for $15 and attached the note saying that i already recieved the goods and then he never gave them. How can I refund this?

So I have a Canadian Paypal, a friend of mine sent me $.30 USD, and on it shows as a received payment, however my balance still shows 0.

When I check in the details it says I have received the $.30 but there was also a $.30 fee for some unannounced reason.

Why is this happening and how can I resolve this?

 

Souled, you need to pay thee fees everytime, because that payment was not send as a gift, a fee was big.

Chewy,if it was a gift or as a claim and cancel - forget it, if not - contact a paypal and say that a seller asked you to write that.

Guys,if you send via claim and cancel or as a Gift/Payment owed, be sure that a seller is very legit, if you are not sure, use a MM/OMM.

 

Paypal has been limited on my acc and im stuck with 250 $ if i tell them my real age and send them my real photo id will i still be able to withraw my cash to my linked bank acc? and then ill still be limited? i only care about the cash

 

How do you send as a gift? There isn't an option...

Paypal registered in Germany, Mexico, UAE, China and some other countries do not have Personal Payment options.

 

You need to confirm it by giving the information that PayPal wants.

 

I recently bought gold from a seller in the market, and they were unable to finish the order. They offered a full refund and I accepted. Any idea when it will go through? It says there is a temporary hold placed:

 

Do you try recovering the money? Or did they say do it?

If they did it - it should take 3 days, I don't know why but it did for me a while ago. Although it hasn't happened lately.

 

The seller offered the refund, and sent it as well; I didn't chargeback or anything.

 

Then it should be 3days. Idk why it happens though.

This would depend on what region the PayPal account owner is from. I believe Canadian and Australian PayPal accounts are the only two types of PayPal accounts that can both receive AND send money without being verified (unless this has recently changed). American (US) PayPal accounts, however, can only receive money, and cannot send it, without being verified first. In other words, only PayPal accounts whose creator lives in certain regions may both receive and send money. Those that cannot do both can only receive money, regardless of how much.
