    He was banned for trolling on Administrators or Moderators. Thanks for not recommending me it, but I just want to talk to him, it's not like he scammed, evaded, and et cetera.     For the record, I didn't scam 10billion I recovered it. Why you so upset with that. I would never recover anything I sold. Last logins were 2000+ days ago whats the harm with that? If jagex's system wants to accept my appeals let them. Not my fault jagex suck dick.
