what are you looking to do? stay f2p or go to p2p?? maybe get some range levels and be an obby mauler

get a skillcape
get the max str bonus gear for obby maulers zerk neck etc

Make it a corrupt pure.

20 attack, 99 str, 1 def, 70-99 range.

 

Get 99 Strength and 99 Ranged and become a Range to Obby Mauler...those are EXTREMELY Successful I've been k0ed a 400 by one of those before on my pure...

 

Don't think he has the money to go corrupt pure.

OP, I think you're best set to just go 60 atk and 80+ str and then be a normal pure with d scim / dds switch or whatever.
