How long does it take for Jagex to answer/read your email?

I emailed [email protected] requesting for my account to be unbanned and I have not yet recieved a reply after four days.

I sent a message to them once, they replied in a few days. Maybe they stopped replying to those e-mails since so many people have sent account questions to it.

 

I thought the unbann/bann process is all done in the appeal a bann section on runescape. Why would they take emails now

 

I think Lambda is right: they realized that people were abusing that system, and so they basically stopped checking their email.

That or they read it and decided it wasn't worth their effort and didn't bother to respond.

 

Maybe you could try to wait 1 more week?

If they still wont reply to your email, maybe we can safely say that they stopped using that email adress because of the abuse haha.

I can imagine a kid acting as a parent, saying his son has been depressed and not his own self right after the day he told the parents he got banned in is MOST FAVOURITE game ever. hahahah.

(well I would do that actually haha.)

 

It sucks dude, they never reply sometimes.

 

This method is so overused, it's obviously NOT going to work.

 

So hows the verdict?

I'm guessing they don't use that email anymore... heh...
