I need some Client Side Bug help

Hey guys,
I've been using cheat engine to turn into non Player Characters on RuneScape lately, and I know it's only client side... Is there any way could turn it into a server-side bug so everyone on RuneScape could see it?

In case you don't know how, I'll give a breif guide.

1) Click the computer in the top left half of the cheat engine screen.
2) Select 'java'
3) Type in the box 'Values' 8499.
4) Do the 'Turkey emote' on RuneScape.
5) Click new scan while you are in Tukey form.
6) When you are human again, fill in the value box '-1'
7) Click 'Next Scan'
8) One adress should show up, double click it.
9) Right click the value after you have double-clicked it and it is at the bottom of the screen.
10) Select Change Record > Value > NPC code. (2745 For Jad)

Anyway, if someone could please help me with this, It would be much appreciated. Remember the bug is only client-side, so no-one else sees you in your bugged form. This is what I want to change, if anyone knows how to make it a server-side bug, just PM it to me or reply here.

The only way to make it server-sided would be to hack the servers, highly illegal and difficult. Somehow I don't see this happening, sorry!

EDIT: Just tried your guide, doesn't work.
EDIT: Followed a YouTube guide, im the Lumbridge chef making amulets ;D

 

My Guide should be exactly the same as all the other guides... I'll upload some pictures. Tell me what part doesen't work, I'll try to see if I made a mistake.

[EDIT] I know that hacking the server is illegal, but isn't basically the whole site of sythe.org illegal too? I'm not getting any ideas, but just wondering...?

 

What you want is impossible due to the nature of Cheat Engine, I think.

It's not gonna happen.

But wouldn't there be some way to format the RuneScape client through Cheat Engine to make it server-side? I have no idea of anything to do, I fail at coding...

You wouldn't be able to make it server sided, basically.
Yeah your guide just didn't find the address for me for some reason.
