Halo 2

Recently, I've been watching A LOT of halo 2 montages. I miss the shit out of that game TBH, i liked it a lot more than all of the halo's and call of duty's that have come out since. They shouldn't have removed it's servers.

So i was thinking about buying it for my PC, but im not sure on the current state of the game on PC either. Is it over loaded with hackers? Are there alot of players? Any ideas?

If anyone on Sythe has experience with Halo 2 for Vista, post here! I'd love to get back to the game, i just need some reassurance that i wont be wasting my money.

 

I was just playing this two nights ago with my buddies on the xbox 360 haha. We were just messing around on it doing all the old glitches we remembered. I loved this game a lot.

Halo 2 was the bomb. Sadly it isn't as fun anymore with Reach.

 

I wouldnt imagine any hackers on halo. there arent any on halo 1 since i last played and anyways there are no rewards to hacking on halo unlike call of duty where you get killstreaks. Anyways just get it for the heck of single player

 

Halo 1/2 are the only halos I enjoy. the rest are just ehhh.

 

Download Xbox Connect and play Halo 2 "online" with that. I used to do that with Halo: Combat Evolved.

Halo 2 was the best game for xbox by far. So fun to play on live, I continued playing it until they finally took it offline

Sucks, I never got to play xboxlive on the original xbox.

I do believe it would have been great fun. I have Halo 2 though.

 

Looks way too complicated to set-up tbh.

 

It's relatively easy and works quite well.
