Yeah a new Merch Clan. You must agree to all the terms. Im not here to scam by being the only one benefiting by this, unlike some merch clans with ranks or buying ranks. Im starting this for those who want to start merch and have a good starting amount/want to test and see how its goes and those who have experience and wish to improve chances of profit by merch in a group.

I understand how most are skeptical and ask for merch experience, say its just a scam, etc. I have created these requirements to attempt reducing the chance of scams and early dumps in a decent time. Please read everything, sorry its long.

Sign-up Requirements​

Items will be chosen as a group for three times. We will decide on two items to compare and see who see at least who knows what they're doing. We will decide by three votes each, and select the top two items to test merch through our clan chat. Members must post here before Saturday 18 11:59PM. to join this Private Merch Clan. The sign ups will stop either once twenty-three members have posted or before Saturday 18 11:59PM. Minimum amount to join is 50m to invest

Choosing The Item(s) and Leaders​

Those twenty-three members will then vote and test merch six items over three weeks, two items each week. At the end of each week we will see which items we merch worked and which that weren't chosen actually ended up profiting, who were the original voters with the best chosen items with the most profit. Each member gets to choose ONE item.
This will reduce down to three leaders chosen who will decide on the item(s) merch'd and meet with each other through msn or other agreed upon source.

Group Votes​

The rest will still have a say but have to send the item you think can be merch/profited to the group leader you are assigned. You will simply send it to your group leader and he will add it to the rest and decide on one item he/she thinks is profitable. He/she must track which items were recommended and by who (saved on a notedpad file added to the folder uploaded to Media fire). From there the three leaders will have two votes to vote on the three items each leader chose to finally chose one or two (only if decided both have great potential) item(s) to be merch'd.

Time Each Item is Merch'd​

The first three merch will be for one week. Items will then be merch'd for 2 weeks each after the test merch unless otherwise told. I will update the clan name in clan chat to the item name for 12 hours then I will change it to the date we will sell our stocks or will say pending, meaning the three leaders are deciding on the date and will be posted within 6 hours at the most. If you happen to miss the item name during those six days, simply PM your leader or leaders if you want to make sure.

Check-ups​

Each leader is required to take an in game screen shot with each member in a trade screen with both their stocks, which should be the same or greater number after the first day. These check ups will be made during the second day after item was posted and the day before we sell our stocks. Each leader will then upload the screen shots into one folder (along with the notepad file mentioned before) onto mediafire and pm the links to the other two members by the end of they day of the second day after item was posted and the day before we sell stock. I will remind the leaders once, and if they fail to have it uploaded by the end of the day they will be removed from position and handed to the the next best candidate decided by that weeks merch.

I will then check all screen shots and notepad files to see our performance.

After Test Merchs​

After the original 23 members test merchs, three permanent group leaders will be chosen. Those leaders must keep up to their duties otherwise they will switch with better candidates, decided by the votes and members choice.
I will also review which member vote on which item at the end of four merchs or month, which ever comes first. I will then see if any member lacked in merch knowledge or experience by see their items chart, then remove any members who failed to maintain an average which I will decide is correct. I will not always remove members if all is well. Sign-ups won't be able until after the test merchs if I removed any members. Sign ups may be closed for a while if the members remain in good standing.

I will not be a leader automatically unless its through the vote process mentioned above. I will always be checking all screen shots, notepad files, and be the one hosting the clan chat to ensure item name is posted immediately after being chosen. I will always be in the view of the last three items being voted on, if I'm leader Ill vote otherwise I'm just in the msn chat group viewing the voting.


This thread can be updated at anytime, so please check back often. All leaders voting will be done through msn or RS clan chat. Ill post here saying if we picked an item already (not the actual item name), when leaders need to take screen shots/ when they need to upload them, or when were voting.

First twenty three members must PM at least one RS name I can check has stock. (I know many have multiple accounts for merching)

Votes must be turned in by the first twenty three members through PM here by Sunday 19 9:00PM.

Item will be posted Monday up until 6:00PM.

I will take a screen shot with every member with our 50m gp+ worth of stock by Tuesday night and Thursday night.

Friday Sell your stock.

Members failing to keep these requirements will be removed.​

Hey man you actually seem a little more serious than most people, so I guess ill give some constructive criticism. I would suggest upping the gp requirement, because 1m wont make a dent on any item you choose. If you even wanted to begin to handle some decent items you should probably request at least 50m per person for a combined total of 2.5B or so. Although this prob wont work out, seems like your pretty enthusiastic about it so hopefully you can prove everyone wrong. Good luck.

 

I'll join, I can prove all my wealth in game - but my total wealth is right around 90M, cash ranging between 1m and 40m depending. I do some flipping and long term investing.

 

More constructive criticism - Defiantly up the GP requirement by a whole lot. This will go nowhere if everyones' combined wealth is less than a bil or two.
Seeing that it seems you've actually put some effort into this, I might be interested, but lets see how it goes first.

I have over 50m on my 104. I have several other accounts with 10m+ that I will be buying members for soon.

Both of you PM your RS names before Sunday, Ill reply with mine.


Again any suggestions and advice will be gladly taken as long as its serious and can improve the merch clan.

 

We still need plenty of members.

I personally have been investing in oranges (since the clan still need to be filled and set up) as they have been steadily rising 33gp a day or more.
