ADM_Trader IS A SCAMMER.

"Check him hes saying that i scammed 100$ but he sent me them and then disputed them now he say me to give me pure but the money is held and my paypal is limited."

His Paypal is limited so he cannot send anything and when he does, the payment gets held. He can only RECIEVE payments.
So what he paid me back was held and I will never get it. Paypal itself told me that the payment will reverse back after 10 days when they finish reviewing it. He CANNOT make any payment AT ALL.
ADM_Trader is unbanned by Firez because he believe he has paid me the money back but he hasn't. Can someone please sort this because I don't think this is fair. If you don't believe me, you can even ring paypal and ask or something.

The only reason he tried to refund me was to get a screenshot of his transaction saying he has sent the money to me but then it got held and the money hasn't gone through. He knew from the start his paypal is limited and knew the payment won't go through. He just used the screenshot to dispute and he is now unbanned yet he still scammed me.

 

Paypal will handle it and we'll go from there, until then were going to do nothing
