Well, we've all heard "Good guys finish last". Really, you better hope you don't last much longer than 30 minutes... EVERY girl I've been with finish in about 15... So try not to last TOO long ;P. There are no rules to masturbation, if you don't feel the urge do do it then just don't. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. It's a fact that you will hold longer if you're body is used to it, but that doesn't mean you should force yourself to do something you normally wouldn't.
