Scam report by Upgrator

Scammer RsProd.
I've found RsProd's guide for sale when i was looking his profile.There was an instant buy button, so i thought ill give a shot.But after i sent money i've got no link.I pmed him for guide, he told me that his guide thread is locked (I'ts my mistake, i didn't see it, he should have deleted instant buying button).Then i asked for refund or any other working guide, but he just send me link with that old guide, that is not working any more.Then i told him that guide isn't working and asked for a refund, but he is ignoring me now.

If i get 7$ refund because of fees and time i will forgive him.
