Leaving the stickers on fitteds.

Why do people keep the sticker on the top of the "fender" on new era hats?
Whats your thoughts on it?


Personally I really dont care. I leave my sticker on because I can take it back in 30 days just in case. After 30 days I just take it off. But it doesnt really bother me.

I think other people do it just to look cool.. or to show their hat is "clean" or "fresh".

Thoughts?

I use to think that people left it on to show that the hat is new? I really think it's lame anyways besides does anyone even wear these types of hats in public anymore? Well obviously black people do.

Edit: Where I live hats like these aren't really popular only the really gangster and dirty looking kids wear them. - I say that as nicely as possible.

 

It's just a trend. I asked my cousin why he left the sticker on, and he said just because everyone else does.

 

People do it for some of the following reasons:

-To see who has a big ass head
-To see who has the bigger head thinking; Bigger head=Bigger Brain
-Some dumb girls like shiny things. Shiny sticker=girls.

 

Its kinda stupid imo, all the reasons.
Another reason I think people leave the sticker on is to show that its "legit" and not a cheap knock-off from the flea-market

 

I despise these hats, as the people who wear them are plainly robots who can do nothing but inpersonate.

They probably do it because the "golden sheen" looks cool

 

Lol that was so stupid. And yeah they're mostly left on to show that they're new and/or official. I leave them on as well, the on-field stickers look sick, it covers the top of the brim, it looks legit.

 

It's a trend here in South California. My sticker is underneath the hat. And plus, it looks x2 better with the sticker than without. Some hats when bought don't come with stickers so maybe thats why ? It shows that the hat is an authentic new era hat and not a knock off

 

Well What I do is, I take off the size sticker from the top... but I only buy new era authentic hats for $45 so it has the legit authentic stickers on the bottom...so i take off the size sticker and top and leave the authentic sticker on the bottom so ppl can still tell its real shit and i have a cool looking top.

 

Just a trend I think.

The sticker is worth more than the hat itself...

 

I take it off, because i think it looks stupid with the sticker saying what size it is on. No offence to anyone, i was going to leave it on one time when i got a new hat, went to go see my girlfriend and she was like "Why do you have that stupid sticker still on?" so yeah.

 

lol i can take a new era sticker off of another hat and put it on a fake one

in washington errybody thinks its cool, out of my 9 hats i took stickers off right when i bought em, it makes the hat look ugly
