How to get Trusted on Sythe!

Want to be more trusted? Well your in the right place.

Have you tried to sell you account and the other person said "Nah you will probably scam I'm looking for someone trusted?" It's not an easy process, and it takes time but the out come is quite good and people will be less prone to freaking out with small bumps in the trade if your trusted then if you have 10 posts no vouches and no proven experience. Now your probably thinking "Vouches = Trust simple why is he writing a guide on it?" Well it's a little bit more complex then that. It's true vouches are very important, but also your attitude and other things like post count and a donation symbol can be big parts in being trusted. In this guide I will cover all the different ways you can get trusted and accepted by buyers and sellers through out Sythe and other sites.

Now probably the most important part of a trade and the other person acknowledging you as a trusted trader is your vouches. And I'm not just talking about how many you have. You can have 20 vouches for giving out free 26k's and that really doesn't show much trust involved. Although these don't mean a lot, they are a great way to start. I have seen some people come straight on to Sythe and try to run a middle man service and it fails because people don't have a reason to trust them over the next person. For starters, if you play runescape a perfect opportunity would be to go to the other section in the runescape black market section and try selling 76k's or something that maybe doesn't have as much of a value but that you can get a large supply off. Try selling for a lower price to get a good start of 10 or so vouches. This may be hard because like I said you probably don't have record before this so it may require you going first a lot in your early trades. After you get your starting vouches, you can move into a bigger business and maybe partner up with another trusted person here. Try to keep your trades smooth, and if the buyer/seller has any questions try to answer them right away. Another tip is trading with a trusted person. If you see someone that is trusted by the users here getting their trust can really help down the road as an example for other users to see the experience you have had with the trusted in the community. Beyond here it is just running a good business and gaining reputation as a good and fast trader. Post Count:

Now your post count is NOT the most import part of trading, but it can help quite a bit. If you look at the selling section for runescape accounts most of the people selling them there have -50 posts. Now that's a turn off for most people. It's not a good idea to just go around, and spam like crazy to get it up since you will be infracted to death and will end up possibly with a ban. Try going to some other sections and helping some people out. This can also show that your a helpful person and your not just worried about sales and cash but that you actually care about these things. I can't exactly suggest a certain post count to start trading at because it really depends on the type of trade your doing but overall, I would go with a good 100-200 before you really start trading. It shouldn't take to long but remember don't just spam, that will hurt you more then help you in the end.

Friendships:​

A big part of getting trusted is knowing the right people. If you have some good friends that trust you, they can support you and help you if there is ever a dispute against you. A good way to get friends and people who trust you is to be friendly and helpful around the forums. I can't stress enough how important it is to be helpful and just a friendly person overall. After you have started making some friends, try to add them on msn so you can contact them any time. Now I'm not saying to make friends just for the purpose of trust. I'm saying if your willing to help others they will more likely be willing to help you. Also if they are a good friend you could start a business with them and get more trusted with a service together with double the hours you guys can work then if your just by your self.

Donations:

Donations are an important part of becoming trusted here. A lot of traders see donations this was, "If the opposite party has donated 50$ then you can probably trust them with at least 50$." Now a days they serve as a "Trust rank" sort of. Also donations can show your support to Sythe and that your not just here for the cash but you have dedication to making a good successful service. If you want to get some trust, but your having trouble with the other ways, my suggestion is try donated some cash and then go back to your business or how ever your trying to get trusted.

Middle Men:

Although you might consider your self trusted always be open to use a middle man at the other parties request. You may feel insulted, even though you have a lot of vouches but look at it from their perspective, and try to be open to use one. When looking for a middle man try to go for a free one that has a large amount of vouches or on official one that has a small fee. You will probably be safe with both but with big trades it is suggested to use an official middle man just to be extra cautious.

In Conclusion:​

Becoming trusted is normally a long process which requires a lot of effort and can be frustrating at times but will almost always pay off in the long run. Just remember be friendly, help others out and always try to make the person your trading with feel comfortable so that they may recommend you for some one else later down the road. Fix the images, they are blurly, not the same size.
When you blank something - do it properly, it will look better.

This has given me a fairly good idea, on how to get trust, bc atm trying to sell a rs account with around 40 posts, and one vouch... no one trusts but ill defo do the 76k thing to get my vouches up thanks.

 

Try to sell accounts to guys with reputation already. They may pay cheaper but they are completely safe and may vouch you to make it easier later on. For example, 76k trick vouchs wont work with a 50$ trade. A trick is worth what 25 cents?
You gotta build those big-time vouchs. Tiny vouchs really wont help too much.

Going first is a must if your new on Sythe. And doing so with guys with 100+ vouches is 99% risk-free. Guys with the "Highly trusted" are 100% risk-free.

Eh, can you possibly break down the vouch section into paragraphs (easier to read)? Also, I found the change in colour for every new section was a little annoying, I found it was like it is aimed for children. . .
I think you could go a little more in-depth with every section you have, for example post count; you could explain the basis of trust behind higher post count, vouches; they mean nothing unless there is positive feedback. It's a good guide for the target audience I suppose.

 

Nice guide, the information it posses BUT the large chunks of text weren't appealing and hard to read, break it down into dot points in some areas maybe?
