Stats got reset? Don't report bug on Runescape -- UPDATED!! [BAN]

I actually WANT a reset on my hand cannon pure. I'm botting like crazy with the hand cannon equipped, can you say 10 combat with hand cannon?

This is a recent post in the RS Moderator's forum, screengrabbed and posted on another site. This basically proves that the resets were intentional. Read every post.

Well i got from 76 Wc to 10 anf 58 fm to 10...well...i didnt start botting before lvl 72 wc and...i didnt bot in FM like WTF?...actully i dont even remember that i botted in Wc...i have been playing fair...

 

I got all 9 of my fishing botters jagrolled today. Wasn't suicide botting just 10 hours of botting a day. Guess I should cut down a little bit when I was get massive amounts of randoms coming to me. Oh well still get to keep 2m on each account.

 

I got reset on one of my accounts... do any of you think that it's still safe to bot on that account again?

 

Haha Jagex. I prefer the ban rather than the rollback.

If you bot F2P there is a less chance of rollback. Spread the word.

Why? My theory:
Jagex does this so they won't lose money, so that you'd still pay for membership.

I'm going to stop being a member and bot F2P until Jagex stops rollbacks.

Simple. But we need everyone to stop being member which is stupid but I think it helps.

Edit: if you get reset, keep posting in the forums you didn't, submit a complaint, email Jagex randomly, choose any email:

and it will annoy them, and confuse them to thinking that they have bad bot detection.

 

Good luck with that little plan, Paper. It seems like Jagex is 99% certain before issuing a rollback/ban.

I know, but I hate the reset more than a perm ban.

Maybe we could all report a fake glitch when we get our stats resetted, e.g. my friends list was different and I have 50m in my bank which wasn't there before, and obviously don't report the real glitches.

 

Thanks for this image lol. I've only just seen it. This explains a lot I guess it's all good to bot again since rolling back doesn't make us lose wealth or anything.

Actually, in the overview they mention they are experimenting with wealth removal.

I'd rather be rolled-back then banned. It's easier to gain back a few levels then start a whole new account?

 

@Warrior 2243 - I rather be perm/temp banned since I might get the account back by appealing, or waiting a long time, I don't want my 99s become 10.

Start reporting fake glitches. I know this'll work.

 

omg, and i tought it was a bug, i got xp rolled lost 10 mage lvls now its 84 i had 94

 

I just read some people's posts from other forums stating that people's stats have been rolled back more than they botted, if this happens to me, I'll quit.

Since it takes ages to legitimately train back again, feels like it's not worth it.

 

im so lucky i've only been reset on 1 skill from 99 to 98, normally they do a lot fo skills back to 10 or something lol

 

If i ever get rolled back this is what im going to do. Piss them off. Show them whats up YOU DONT FUCK WITH US BOTTERS!:laugh:
