If you are a higher combat then them. Yes.

 

I never wear one just to make sure people have a disadvantage. Idc if they think its nooby. Its worth it.

 

Yeah has basically no bonuses, even if your on welfare you could wear a legends cape.

 

Lol I'm all about winning, so from now on I will be wearing no more capes.
