Responsibility for Use: Upon receiving and verifying the proxy’s functionality, you assume full responsibility for all activity and traffic associated with that IP address. Sinister Service is not liable for any misuse or consequences arising from your proxy usage.

Limited Support: Support is provided exclusively through our official Discord channels and may be subject to availability, as staff manage other obligations. Support is not guaranteed on Sythe or any third-party platform.

Terms Modifications: Sinister Service reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our proxies after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward staff will result in restricted support access or termination of service without refund.

Compliance with Discord and Sythe Terms: You agree to comply with all applicable Terms of Service from Discord, Sythe, or other platforms where our service operates.

Service Limitations: Our proxies are provided “as is” and are not guaranteed to function on all websites. Some websites may have heightened security requirements or IP restrictions beyond our control.

Refund and Replacement Policy:

Non-Functioning Proxies: If you receive a non-working proxy, contact an Admin within 30 minutes of purchase for a potential replacement or refund. You must follow all troubleshooting steps provided before requesting support.
Service Disruptions: Should a functioning proxy experience continuous downtime exceeding 24 hours, it is eligible for replacement. Evidence of downtime and adherence to troubleshooting steps must be provided.
Extension Requests: For an extension on a specific proxy, notify staff at least 24 hours before the proxy’s expiration. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.

No Warranty: Sinister Service offers proxies “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper use, third-party blocking, or technical restrictions beyond our control.
