Can't seem to unlock this account, anyone have tips?

The account does not have any recoveries, I am providing first two passwords, current one, creation date, last payment information (How long, and last 4 didgets, I do not have the transaction ID), email verification, name of internet provider when the account was made (Not IP, I don't have that), and zip code of where the account was created.

I have put this information through a few times, and have gotten no luck. Anyone have any tips that I could do to possibly recover this, like stuff to write in the box or whatnot.

are you the original owner of the account?

if the account is engaged in a locking war between people.. they'll only let the original owner unlock it even with the correct information.

No, I'm not, I purchased this account and he has been extremely helpful. Provided me with his email account so I can work stuff out there, last few didgets of his card and whatnot. He has offered to recover it back for me and then give me the info, do you recommend me doing that?

EDIT - It seems that it was locked due to it recognizing someone else was playing on it. I think me changing the info too quickly set it off. Do you guys think if it sees his IP if he recovers it that it will unlock?

 

you have to find the original owner and have them unlock it.
that's all that can be done

I bought an account of some one and got it locked trying to remove recovery's when i entered everything correctly, tried unlocking it few times failed, after few months tried again and bam unlocked

 

I don't really want to wait that long though = /. Lol, I've already spent about three days attempting to recover it.

Im actually his friend. He sold that account to me and you got it locked numerous times etc. He had to refund me. Not like you would admit it though, you would get banned from your precious haven and have to go do irl things. It's ok though! Pixels>Trustworthiness

Not putting in an unlock appeal for a long time will highly increase your chances, I have unlocked an account by knowing only 1 password and no other information. It was locked for like 4 years though.

 

I've seen someone successfully unlock an account using a proxy to set up his IP in a region close to where he knew the seller was from. However, I don't recommend it unless you can not get the seller's cooperation.

I always unlock people's accounts if it was one I sold them, provided they can give me the current password (proof that they still own it).

 

Yeah, he is going to unlock it for me tonight, I just wasn't sure if the IP was the issue, or the lack or information was. It looks like it's the IP and I should get it back after he recovers it.

 

I had the same proble, well i waited a few days put all the info in like creation date and when i moved (bought the account) and extra detail some info about a membership transaction few months ago, it helped me to get it back!

 

I gave up trying to unlock mine.. im currently paying someone to do it.. if i find someone to do it and it succeeds ill have him pm you

Try again after waiting a week or 2, that usually helps.

 

this, doubt you can recover it if your not the original owner,

not saying he did but some people withhold information when selling for for security as him for the info again.

 

Do you know stuff like first name change and random info like that? Try putting as much random information regarding the account only you would know. It's worth a shot.
