Chargeback--Kanee (Major rant inside)

Oi Todo traded him in NOVEMBER and reported a chargeback on November 25th. Due to the lack of awareness of the moderators his thread was not treated seriously.

His thread was not acted on until now, as in TODAY. I consider that poor moderating as he should have been banned.

Between that time, he purchased gold from me on December 4th. I cannot prove that I completed the service, as he did not vouch and I did not take a picture of the ending gold. However, I can give my guarantee that it did, if that counts for anything. Here are the chat logs I have verifying that he did indeed.







I know he is banned, I just want a reason as to why this was not acted on.
