01 - 50 - Free.
50 - 60 - 10cents per level.
60 - 70 - 20cents per level.
70 - 80 - 40 cents per level.
80 - 90 - 80 cents per level.
90 - 99 - 1.00 per level.
01 - 99 - 15.00 altogether.

Mini - Games etc can be Negotiated.
