Runescape Psychology

Psychology exists everywhere, even in Runescape.
Let's post examples of it :

1. In bounty hunter worlds, if you stand naked in the wilderness risking 75,000coins worth or more in the inventory, you will not get attacked. People will assume you are just lurking around and watching fights. They will only target those players who are death dotting on a spot.

I tried it myself. Although i was surrounded by many players of my combat levels, no one had attacked me for a long while. Sadly, after about 5 minutes or so, someone dds'ed me

 

People tend to assume that high-level accounts don't bot. I use this to my advantage and bot on accounts level 130+ on a regular basis-people just assume you're a hardcore player

 

If you have a cool name, people won't make fun of you at the GE. You'll be one of the "cool guys." even without a skillcape

 

If your a pure and are having a peaceful game of Pest Control. All the higher levels regard you as a botter.

 

This is in old times:when some1 wants to use 100k to buy ur rune plate body or rune scimmy----BEWARE*

 

I always just blitz and rush em for that free trick. If people are wasting their time just walking around wild then they should go outside.

 

This is very true! and also a good way to build EP, just sit there with your 76k naked and your fine

 

Eventually you will get killed though by the pkers who just enjoy killing >_<

 

Doesn't work, you will get killed by people with melee they wont care but for archers or mage they wont bother cause they waste supply's

I always attack the naked people. I don't care if they really have nothing its all part of the experience =P

 

I do the exact same thing. I could care less if they have stuff, I just want the quick XP.

 

I tried it myself but there's always that one person with a berserker helm in rune with a whip attacking you and being a dick.....atleast for me

 

If you have a level three with the name "afh q24 b" and nothing on but a skillcape and you never talk people assume you're botting wth?

 

I get that ALL the time.

 

If you sit standing in a +1 world with an ags on and 76k risk in your inventory, no one actually attacks you. They just think your another 1-itemer and won't want to waste food on you.

 

They will attack you dude.
All of the time. I attack them. All of the time.

 

Runescape Psychology-
1. 99 = bot
2. If you die in PvP, type 'nerd' as fast as you can as you're dying.
3. If someone dies and loses 500k, say 'gf bank'
4. Top ranked players are gods
5. Refer to people you disagree with as 'kid'

 

I live by number five, i refer to anyone i don't respect as "kid" lmao.

 

I don't mind as long as you are at least 18, then I understand.

But otherwise...
