Email and recoveries

I sold my account, then the trade fell through, after he'd set recoveries and email, i know he's not scammed me, and i know there has got to be a way to remove them, but it says there isn't any recov's set, but then when i login tot he game, it says there is some set, and the email just won't seem to go :/

Any help please?

 

If the recoveries were recently changed it's going to be a little under 2 weeks.

 

If you recover and select the option "someone stole your password" then jagex will remove the recoveries. There is a guide here on how to remove email.
