I need help with my business...

    Hello dear sythe members :)
First of all, it's so pleasant to be here with people that really know what's going on and that are talented and knowledgeable

I have a problem. I am a certified reseller of MMORPG Gamecards and CD-Keys, and I've posted alot of times on different forums, and sythe is one of them. I even tried opening a website once, but I keep having a problem -> No sales at all.

I need your opinions, what can I do to make myself more trusted, and have better sales?

    Thank you :)

Having more then 19 posts in 2 years would help. Get out there and grind. Get a few friends and possibly get your name thrown around out there.

Also go first to a few people who want your service that you believe you can trust to get some vouches.

I suggest for you to gain a higher post count - as that's what most people look at first when trading. Secondly, getting a few vouches will help your cause. It can be the difference between getting the sale and not.

Here is also a very well written guide on running a successful business:

Try doing things such as free skilling to get some more trust, and also try and get out there and get some more post like other people have said. I know a lot of the time people say that post-count doesn't mean anything(and it really shouldn't) but the truth is that if you have more post then you seem more trust-able in the market.

Also another tip would be to make your thread look professional and clean. For instance, if a member is looking for a certain service and they see a thread with lot's of misspelled words, no effort into the thread, etc, and then they go to another thread that looks professional and clean obviously they are going to choose that thread. A few tips to doing this would be for possible getting a friend with experience in graphics to help you out with a thread layout, or maybe just putting in the effort to make the thread look good on your own.

The last thing I would suggest is to just get your business name out. Get a nice signature for yourself, and also for others if they want to help promote you business. If hardly anyone knows about the business that you are running, then obviously less people are going to be actually coming to your shop and buying your products.

Anyways I hope that this helps, and I wish you the best of luck with your business.

Trust is also only a single factor in increasing your sales. Try to have a catchy title and maybe some fancy GFX work. Advertise your sales wherever possible (Assuming you're not breaking any rules.)

    Good luck.

    Yes I understand that.

Using your signature is a great start. If you post around a lot and build a reputation people will become interested and click the links in your signature. Using your MSN is also a good way to advertise, if you get customers and people just adding you for social purposes they'll see it and open it.

Try also using a professional thread & GFX.
