70 Range/70 Str / 40 Attack

Ok so what combat level should i be? If i get this all NATURALLY?

40 Attack
70 Str
70 Range
1 Prayer
1 Defence

Please don't guess, anyone who knows, please let me know.

 

It should have 65 HP when you get the second 70, which puts it at 52.

I've sold about 6 accounts with those exact stats. Here's the most recent... http://img522.imageshack.us/img522/4299/35179625.png. It has 66 HP because I did 1-55 Magic using combat spells, but most of the magic EXP was obtained with alching. It was just barely 53 combat.

I plan on getting the 70 mage also thats why it's exactly what i was looking for =).
