Making money thread?

It seems as if every time I log on, I see a thread or a post about wanting to make money... Whether it be online or not.
So I say we should make a making money thread. It would be a good help to the members of sythe, no?
Post your ideas/suggestions!

 

I'd suggest some sort of sticky regarding this in the Help & Requests section, or even just ask members to go to that section for those questions. They are becoming rather repetitive and common, so it can't hurt.

But on a more serious point it would have to be moderated heavily due to scams.

Bad idea, illegal ways of making money would start to pop up; which sythe isn't about. There are plenty of other forums that offer such threads. Google monetizing forums or somthing.

 

Ant we stated already that it would need to be moderated heavily, and it wasa joke about the moderating thing!

What he means is: There are a lot of threads posted in off-topic about people asking "how do I make money/profit from this". He wants a stickied thread on the topic to limit the amount of threads regarding such questions.

I'm not sure how necessary this is, though.

 

That's pretty much explained, So what I want from this is; do you think it's a good idea or no?

 

I don't mind the idea of moving all the making money posts to one forum but it's still gonna have alot of illegal shit pop up whether its moderate or not.

I would support a section in off-topic but who ever moderates it needs to actually know what they are doing and have experience in that field. And to be honest looking around Sythe no one really knows much about that. The other issue is only a few will be able and most will just want a quick method to get rich. So the forum will turn out to 95% of the people begging for money secrets and the other 5% blowing them off because why would you just give out all your secrets? So to sum it up it might work but only with 1-2 very good moderators who know the section well.

 

I daresay finding a job irl is much better than trying to make money online x.x. I personally don't spend much time in that section, but i have to agree with the fact that, there will be more people asking than people spilling their secrets.

 

I say just make one sticky because if you have a whole section for it, I feel like most would be referral links.
