Hardest 99's?

Mining without a doubt.

 

Runecrafting.

 

I disagree with con. You can get it in a week. Sure it's gonna cost over max cash, but it's plausible.

 

Farming hands down.

 

Hmmm. Farming IS a bitch, but you CAN bot it faster than rc...

 

I would say slayer, runecrafting, farming, or summoning.

 

Runecrafting is so easy, I got 48 in one day dude.
The hardest one personally is slayer.

And lol? 1-50 is easy in any skill. Runecrafting is horrid at high levels.

 

Slayer and Runecrafting

 

I would have to say farming, as it's the slowest and probably the most boring.

If not slayer then it would have to be farming. super tedious and it takes a fair of a while.

 

Soul Wars made Summoning easier. So did Pest Control.

I vote Runecrafting/Agility/Mining/Farming/Slayer/Hp.

 

DG is really really hard starting out, but get exponentially easier as you keep training it.

 

Runecrafting as it's slow and really repetitive.
Agility as you begin to feel like a hamster in the agility course.

Rc isn't bad.
No combat related skills - Summoning cannot be part of thsi then

 

I would say Runecrafting, because it has the least amount of players with 99 in it, except for Dungeoneering and that's because it's the newest skill.

Plus, Runecrafting has only one player with 200M xp in it and he got it very recently when the skill came out six years ago.

It's a very boring and repetitive skill.

 

Slowest xp is Runecrafting, next is Slayer. Dung is probably up there too.
