    khoua3 - attempting to send files via .exe
    khoua3, who was banned and for some reason unbanned has been attempting to give away free accounts, then attempts to send files via TeamViewer, .exe files (for account info - really?), and then MediaFire links.

    TwC at the least. I would expect a ban considering he was banned earlier today.
