Bring staking back alive

I will be running this in a few days. If anybody can help me design my thread etc, I'll let you stake with no fee.

I like this idea a lot, I just hope the specifics of it could work out in terms of coming to agreement with rules and all that, it might be tough

 

It's not very hard. I have though everything out. After I release my thread, you'll get a better understand of how everything works. =]
