Ban Evader

I remember a while back when I first started using sythe I was scammed by a player named West Coast(http://sythe.org/member.php?u=245454) My scam report failed, but he was later banned still. Anyways I decided to check my paypal for the payment, and run the email on Google. Sure enough I found a match on Google with a sythe account.

Anyways I know this probably isn't enough to get him banned, but if you do an ip check on him you should probably have a match.
