If my paypal is unverified can I recieve and send funds.

Simple as that, For example....

Can I sell an account, recieve the funds from it, and send someone else the money to purchase their account with that money.

Pretty easily explained, Just a simple answer is all I am looking for.

Yes you can. I've been doing it for 4 years.

 

There's a catch. Only Canadian and Australian PayPals are able to send and receive money while unverified. Others I believe can only receive.

I kept forgetting most people aren't Australian >.<

Anyways, to send money you would need to put a credit card. A gift card works as well.

 

A bank account works too doesn't it?

 

a bank account does work yes if you are in the us for exaple you cant send money if unverified
