iPod Touch 4th Generation

Swapping things for an iTouch 4th generation(one with camera), the iTouch must either be NEW or gently used(by my standards) and the amount of memory doesn't matter(8GB and 16 GB make no difference to me).

Must come with a case as well, preferably a good one.

I'm swapping:
-Android phone, Motorala Droid, no plan.
Condition: Almost mint, but sliding keyboard has slight awkwardness coming out. Very few scratches on the back of the front screen.

-iPod Touch 2G, 8GB, jailbroken, comes with around 400 songs and around 20 apps(that total to around $30 if bought from app store).
Condition: Scratches on front and back(virtually unnoticable when turned on), very small dent on back.
Comes with a leather case, with a flippable cover.

-Beats by Dre, Tours (Earbuds), comes with package, case. Barely used.

-Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Xbox 360 game AND Good Condition North Face Boy's Denali jacket, Medium size(small size, sellable on eBay for a good $50)
