locked appeal question

Ok, i wanted to remove my acc recovery's to sell the account.
The appeal failed and the account got locked...

Tried appealing the locked acc
All failed like 4 attempts
Then after like 6 months i try again and bam succesful wtf?
I have the account back now
WTF is wrong with jagex? their serously screwed up

 

they got the one dude up real late at night trippin bawls on acid going "oooo green button!"

and that's how random appeals work when real ones dont.

OT: I'm having a hard time appealing for a Locked account right now.

It's starting to piss me off.

I have noticed it also.
Sometimes you have the original and right information but it gets denied.
After a month or two I tried again and it got accepted.

 

And btw i used all the right recoverys to try and recover it at first and it didn't work then like few months later all the same recovery's and bam appeal accepted
