I am selling the RS name "Mask", and "Violence". I did not take the time to login to see the character's combat level so i'd know what thread to post him in, I don't think levels matter, it's the name. I don't play RS anymore, I login maybe once a year just to see the game's progress. The sale of this name is entirely legit, I have just a few questions for the community before I can put it on the market. Once I have all these questions answered if anyone interested in buying the account needs additional proof that it's real I can certainly login to the game, or provide any other documentation/photos necessary. I am also willing to give out my cell phone number if anyone would feel safer talking over the phone. I think the name "Mask" is veeeery rare on many levels, maybe the account's 84 mining, and 8mil would raise price too? My questions before I can sell these accounts are as follows:

1. What kind of documentation/photos will be required for proof of ownership?

2. What actions should be taken to make sure the sale of this account is secure/safe?

3. How do I go about selling this account overall for cash, and what payment plan does the community recommend so that I don't get scammed?

4. Can someone give me a rough estimate on how much this account is worth? ..I think there are enough players now that'd someone would be willing to pay thousands, not saying I'm expecting that much.

Thanks for your time.. also, the account "Violence" has negative credit on it of $7. "Mask" does not, "Mask" is able to login, and both accounts have 0 blackmarks.

 

There is a price checking thread that you can use to find out the rough value of the accounts, but I would say that you are looking at $40-60 for mask and $20-40 for violence. But afterall, those are just rough guesses.

As for doing a safe trade, the best option that is available for you is using an OMM and splitting the fee's between yourself and the person you sell the account too. And yes, you need photos of the account and wealth.

I thought since there were millions of people addicted to this game, and since I can't login without people following me asking how I got the name that it would be worth atleast a couple hundred no problem. if it's not worth atleast $100 let me know because i'd rather not go through the battle of selling if not.

 

It's worth no where near $100 - I sold the name "Brb" for $45.
