    join " assist cc "

    Lots of people there offering their 99's to set people up with their effigies. There's also a world ( not official ) where everyone goes to the dungeoneering bank and helps with effigies, though i cant remember it.

    A lot of people help out at the dungeoneering bank, world 117.

    Most do any skills. But be sure to get them quick as they can only do it once per day :)

    I would suggest either dungeoneering bank world 117, or assistclan - CC.

    Did 4 effigies in about two hours.

    Also Effigies CC offers assists if Assist clan won't answer you.

    It used to be pretty full but I dunno how many people are in there at any given time anymore.
