Friend is Scared.

He recovered someones XBL account. My friend lives in US. The account he recovered was from Scotland. There were 1000MSP, he spent 800 on the account and then He bought 5000 MSP for 40 GBP on it and he didnt spend any of them though. He deleted the account and removed it from the console. Should he be worried?

 

Well it's not exactly fair spending someone else's money from their credit card, If I were him I would be scared

To pursue someone over 40 GBP would cost more than 40 GBP, so they would lose more money.

 

I'd do it if I got scammed and really was mad, it's the principle of losing money and stealing, not how much he actually lost.
