    Aren't they always level one? If I remember correctly I saw one a long time ago Mod Kat if my memory is correct and she was level one too.

    Most I've seen were lvl 138.
    This is only the second time I've seen a picture of a lvl 1.

    Only Jagex Mods can be level 1 its means that you need to work to Jagex.

    Jagex Mods can change there level etc on the spot, if you don't believe me then go watch some videos or so.

    even though the name says mod.. it's actually an administrator.
    they have the power to do anything (like a priv server)

    whereas the top moderators only have the power to mute people for 48 hours.

    administrators can change stats, change global objects, spawn npc's, spawn items.. there's really nothing they can't do.

    They are called Jagex Mods, not Player Mods, to become a Jagex mod you have to go to Cambridge and work for Jagex Studios.

    Also neat, I have seen JMods before but never lvl 1.
