In all reality the account is worth 70 due to the almost maxed combat stats
110+ qp which would be able to easily transition into a 70 def hybrid just do a little questing for barrow gloves.

Im not selling the account based on its defence level as they can easily be trained to someones desire
Not too mention the account has 1500+ total

So i would say 20$ is a fair price

Especially since I see accounts with 70 def and 70 pray same stats for for around 100$
